Refund Policy
Our approach to refunds for EIEI products purchased through a third-party payment provider.
Refund requests
If a product does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We review requests fairly and may issue a refund where appropriate.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed, except where required by law.
